It is with great joy and thanksgiving that I welcome Brandon Peete and his family to St. Alban’s and to the Episcopal Diocese of Louisiana. I am deeply thankful for the work of my Canon to the Ordinary and the Appointment Committee for recommending Fr. Peete to me for this important call.  There is no doubt that he will share his gifts, his ministry, and his faithful witness among us.

As a diocese, we are a family rooted in Christ, bound together by prayer, worship, and our common mission to proclaim the Good News of Christ. Today, that family grows richer as we enter this new season of ministry together. I invite you to join me in extending to them the warmth and hospitality for which the people of Louisiana are known.

Please keep Brandon and his family in your prayers during this time of transition, and we look forward to celebrating their arrival very soon.
